LeadGridd is a customer-communication and CRM platform that lets businesses manage conversations with their contacts across channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, email, and website live chat. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, or in violation of applicable law.
• Send unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of any connected platform (e.g. WhatsApp, Meta).

You retain ownership of the content and contact data you bring to the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to message your contacts and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, and communication laws. The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Your use of those channels is also subject to the respective platform’s terms and policies, and those platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
